Job Title : Business Development – IT Services (Cloud & Infra)

Client : Softenger

Location : Delhi, Mumbai

Experience Required : 3 to 4 years

Mode : Full-time

Primary Skills :

  • IT Services Sales
  • Cloud Solutions Selling
  • Large Deal Management (₹1 Cr+ deals)
  • Remote/Offshore Service Selling
  • Fixed Price / Scope-based Proposals
  • Client Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales for remote support and cloud services in the IT infrastructure and application support space.
  • Independently handle the end-to-end business development cycle , from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Focus on acquiring large-value deals (₹1 Cr or more), preferably fixed-price or scope-based engagements.
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to define and align service offerings with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities with Telecom providers, System Integrators (SIs) , or similar enterprises.
  • Represent Softenger’s brand and offerings in front of CXOs and key decision-makers.

Desired Skills :

  • Prior experience working with or selling to Telecom , System Integrators , or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) .
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Management , Application Support , and Cloud Service Models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Proven track record in solution selling and consultative sales models.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
