Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows :

· Perform Hair / Skin Therapies such as Grohair ,Stm Cell, HVT, Hydrafacials,Medifacials, Laser treatments,Dermaheal ,etc

· Interact with Patients and ensure high degree of customer service.

· Working along with Dermatologist / Doctors in providing Advanced Cosmetic services.

· Working along with Aesthetic advisor/Clinic head and assist him /her in various functioning of the clinic.

· Inventory Management , equipments, consumables upkeep

· Callings for appointments/revenue generation

Record keeping in system

Clinic Time:

Monday – Saturday 10am to 7pm

Sunday 1- weekly off

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of slimming, inch-loss, body contouring, and wellness treatments as per clinic protocols.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Operate advanced slimming machines and equipment safely and effectively.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Ensure the treatment room and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Assist in promoting slimming programs, packages, and products when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Beauty Therapy, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in slimming, beauty, wellness, or physiotherapy treatments. (Freshers with relevant training may apply.)
• Knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring machines, or wellness treatments is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team and handle clients with care and confidence.
