Aspire Square Group is looking for the tele counsellor who will be responsible to obtain clients information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.
To be successful as a tele counsellor, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to visit our office and understand our services. A remarkable tele counsellor will suggest ways in which Client’s feedback can be utilized to improve our services. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the potential customers.
If you are ready to take up these duties and responsibilities of Tele
- Handle Customer’s Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Solving Queries, Telling Them About Study Visa/PR.
- Calling Prospective Clients and Setting Appointments.
- Maintaining Healthy and Cordial Relations with Clients.
- As a Tele-Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
- Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end documentation process for employee benefits across multiple countries.
- Support the Benefits Coordinator in managing cases, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Issue enrolment forms and ensure timely onboarding into applicable statutory and enhanced benefits.
- Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit-related queries.
- Track offboarding-related benefit terminations and coordinate notifications to vendors.
- Maintain internal systems and portals with up-to-date benefit status and leave-related information (e.g., sickness, maternity/paternity).
- Help develop internal guidelines and knowledge documentation related to benefits policies and schemes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience; global/international exposure is a plus
- Basic understanding of employee benefits (pension, insurance, etc.); prior experience preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written, verbal, and presentational

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce
