- Must be trained and certified in counseling and trauma care

- In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / other therapy modalities and Mindfulness concepts

- Familiarity with psychological screening tools and assessments

- Post Graduate Degree in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology
- Must have Minimum 3 years of experience post masters
- Relevant certification in Behavioral modification and CBT .

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
