  • Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively
  • Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development

  • Overall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
