Purpose of the Role
- As a high value practitioner and thought leader, you are expected to contribute to developing Infosys Consulting’s IP and capability in respect of change management. As a practitioner you bring deep experience that can contribute to methodology, training and tool development that can amplify and accelerate our speed and capability to deliver engagements for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such as Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.
- Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large-scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team
- Work with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high-performance culture respectively.
- Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
- Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners.

- Overall experience of 9-12 years, with at least 6+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
- Having hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in at least 4-5 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change
- Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs
- Experience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
- Strong executive level relationship building skills.
- Past experience in Management consulting preferably with Consulting firms
- Certification in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage.
