Objectives of the Position

  • Act as National Trade Control officer to monitor trade control related regulations and ensure the trade control compliance for BASF products.
  • Responsible for product stewardship, chemical regulation in India
  • Support the implementation of Responsible Care® initiatives and compliance to BASF and protecting the company’s property and Brand and the environment.

  • Responsible for the roll out of Product Safety and Product Stewardship Directives and implement BASF global guidelines in India.
  • Trade control:

  • Responsible for Trade control compliance in India as National Trade control officer.
