About the Role :
We are looking for proactive and client-focused professionals to join the Wealth Management Team at Dezerv. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with clients who are already onboarded with Dezerv. You will be responsible for deepening client engagement, increasing their AUM, and ensuring they stay informed about their portfolio performance and market trends.
What You Will Work On :
- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of ₹00-150 Cr, with the potential to scale up to 0-350 Cr
- Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss their Dezerv portfolio performance, benchmark comparisons and address any queries
- Maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication
- Drive portfolio growth by initiating SIPs and securing additional capital commitments to expand client wallet share
- Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with Dezerv’s investment philosophy
What we expect:
- Minimum 4 years of sales or advisory roles experience in financial services like Banks, NBFC’s & AMCs
- Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management
- Deep knowledge of financial markets & investment products like MFs, PMS & AIF
- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
