Three of SAP's large customers have started their "RISE with SAP" transformations and tasked SAP to move their businesses to the cloud. As part of this transformation, the ~150 productive landscapes must be moved to Azure and AWS. The Role:
As a **Senior Cloud & Automation Architect** , you are supporting the Head of Architecture and Technology Advisory as well as the team to define and ensure a secure and compliant system environment and drive innovation with tool design to fulfill our customers' demanding requirements. The candidate should ensure, together with the customer and the team, that the customer's needs can be fulfilled and will work together with other ECS teams, like the Technical Landscape Owners and CAE, to implement the proposed solution, as well as support automation tasks based on evolving architectural and operational requirements.
**What you bring**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in one of the following areas: Business Informatics, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering.
+ 10 years professional experience, thereof 8 years were as a consultant.
+ Experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Job Description

Support marketing automation efforts, including acting as the Adobe Campaign administrator and primary user of the tool

Builds and optimizes our digital marketing programs, with a focus on creating sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel

Oversees multichannel marketing programs (email, SMS, direct mail), including working collaboratively on creative development, list management and segmentation strategies, cadence, testing, journey mapping, execution, tracking and optimization.

Works closely with the stakeholders to support the Adobe Campaign infrastructure and architecture.

Stays up to date on email and demand-gen best practices to develop clear recommendations on how to improve response rates and overall engagement

Qualifications
