Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Write-Off Collection Executive to recover write-off debts from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
• Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
• Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
• Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.

The Profile

• 1-2 yrs of exp in NBFC/Home Loan/ Loan against property00 collections function
• Self-starter and independent accountability
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Experience: 1-4 years in NBFC / Banking sector in SME / mortgage business
• Min. Qualification: Any Graduate
• Compensation: Upto 25K
• Location: Bhiwadi Rajasthan /Rewari Haryana

HIRING FOR A LEADING BANK 

Hiring: Collection Officer – Mortgages
Location- Udaipur (Rajasthan)
CTC: Upto 3.5 LPA
Exp: Minimum 2 yrs in collection/recovery . 


 

• p>Conduct field visits for follow-up on delinquent mortgage customers

• Persuade and negotiate with customers to ensure repayment of overdue EMIs

• Skip tracing and address verification for unreachable accounts

• Coordinate with collection agencies and legal teams for escalations

• Ensure daily reporting and update of recovery status in internal systems

• Adhere to compliance, code of conduct, and RBI collection guidelines

• Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and pressure handling
   

  strong class="h3">MUST HAVE:

• Graduate (any stream); knowledge of local geography is a must

• 2-3 years of field collection experience in mortgages/secured loans

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Good communication and negotiation skills
