    • Data Lineage: Create and manage end-to-end data lineage from source systems to consumption, using both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors.
    • Integration: Integrate Collibra with other data management tools (e.g., BI platforms, MDM, Reference Data systems) to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
    • Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline governance processes and administrative tasks using Python, Java, or other relevant technologies.
    • Data Pipelines: Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes, including batch and real-time data pipelines.
    • Data Classification & Profiling: Design and implement policies based on data sensitivity, criticality, and regulatory requirements.
    • Data Quality: Configure and implement the Data Quality engine to support data quality initiatives.
    • Collibra Expertise: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Collibra toolset, including Edge Server and Console (preferred).

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in data management, with in-depth understanding of data governance concepts, tools, and best practices.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases (Netezza, Snowflake, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Python, Java, and other programming languages relevant to automation and integration.
    • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and ETL platforms (DataStage, Informatica, etc.).
    • Experience working in agile teams on scalable, cloud-based SaaS solutions.
    • Knowledge of Collibra Edge Server and Console is a plus.
    • AI/ML experience is an advantage.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong presentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
