2) CHEQUE PICK UP:
- To make suitable arrangement / follow up for pick-up of cheques from customers
3) POLICY PREPARATION:
- To ensure to coordinate with the concerned insurance service provoders for preparing policy
4) HANDLING OF POLICY:
- After policy preparation ensure to hand over / issue of the policies to the customer's within the time frame.
5) PAYMENT DEPOSIT:
- To ensure the the payments/ cheques received are sent to the bank and ensure to provide the receipt there on to the customers.
6) CUSTOMER ISSUES:
- To ensure to handle the customer's issues, if any, amicably, and to resolve it for better customer satisfaction
7) DAILY REPORTS:
- To ensure all the required daily reports is being sent to the HOD
8) ANY OTHER WORKS:
- To ensure that you would be performing any other assignments as and when marked to you
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
