  • Handle salary refitment and restructuring requests for manpower and SLA-based employees, including approvals and system updates
  • Generate and upload statutory and salary-related letters (increment, transfer, promotion, revision) as required


5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Calculate Annual Budget for increments and performance process
  • Perform merit increment cycle
  • Perform Variable pay bonus and calculations
  • Letter generation process


6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and share monthly billing inputs, CTC reports, and compliance documentation with finance and business teams
