Job Description:
- Draw the resources for the requirement as per the approved schedule for the assigned area/scope of work
- Preparation of work methods for incorporating in PQP
- Carry out the construction, erection & testing activities as per approved construction drawings and work methods – with the required Quality & EHS- within the required time and cost
- Implement the quality checks and retain documented information.
- Proper utilization of resources for desired productivity
- Orientation of S/C workman on quality and EHS requirements.
Work Experience: (Bund/ Break Water Manager)
- Worked as construction manager in a breakwater project.
- Experience in constructing breakwater in both land and marine mode.
- Possess knowledge on wave / tidal effects and plan work methodology accordingly.
- Possess knowledge on quarry related activities.
- Handled DGPS system for survey.
- Ability to interpret bathymetry survey & topography survey.
- Experience in handling marine projects using jack up barge.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator who is passionate about the broadband, telecom, and outside plant industry. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of industry requirements for all outside plant engineering and construction needs and possess the expertise to properly price projects accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer provided Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents to gain a full understanding including but not limited to project scope, RFP response requirements, project specifications, project schedule, and customer objectives.
- Develop comprehensive estimate and bid preparation templates specifically tailored to each RFP. project.
- Utilize expert-level proficiency in Excel to build cost breakdowns, high level schedules, risk registers, preliminary resource plans, and populate customer bid pricing forms pricing sheets for RFP submittals. client submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information and ensure accurate estimates.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to present estimates, address inquiries, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve estimating processes and accuracy.
- Other miscellaneous duties related to Estimating as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estimating within the broadband, telecom, or outside plant industry.
- Expertise in Excel with the ability to develop complex spreadsheets and models.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong passion for the industry and a drive for excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial and or industrial low voltage and/or fiber optic cabling project coordination and estimating as combined, related, and relevant Ability to read and understand blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
- Able to comply with and enforce risk management policies and safety procedures
- Experience preparing budgets for each project
- Knowledge of construction materials, processes, trade practices and equipment
- OSHA 10, 30 Certifications preferred
- Proficiency in using software suites such as Microsoft Office applications
