You will be responsible for driving strategic sales, forging executive partnerships, and leading market expansion efforts for the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) certification. Leveraging your extensive industry network and deep market knowledge to establish PMI-CP as the premier certification in construction project management across S. Asia with a focus on the India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh region.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in B2B sales, corporate training solutions, construction industry leadership, possessing a well-established network within the construction, engineering, corporate L&D, and project management sectors.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Required:
- 10+ years of executive experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or construction/engineering industry leadership.
- An extensive and well-established network within the construction, infrastructure, and project management sectors.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships and multi-million-dollar deals.
- Expertise in selling complex solutions (certifications, training programs, or professional development services) at an enterprise level.
- Outstanding executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role driving market expansion in construction or professional certification domains.
- Deep familiarity with PMI certifications preferred (PMP, PMI-CP) and construction project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, sustainability trends, and digital transformation within the construction sector.

As an international company, we are looking for a Construction Manager who will work in our Azerbaijan Solar Power Plant Project.
Key Responsibilites : The principal focus of the Construction Manager is to ensure the effective delivery of all site activities in line with the scope and schedule of the project. Responsible for the planning, organisation, execution, monitoring and integration of trade packages and sub-contracts
to achieve positive project outcomes. (Minimum 300 MW Solar Next Tracker System experince is plus)
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager. Supports and aligns with any other representative of the Employer designated from time to time by the Employer.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day construction of utility scale solar and BESS projects with a focus on HSE compliance, quality assurance and schedule management.
• In conjunction with the project management team, develop tactical construction plans, delivery schedules and project package budgets.
• Ensure compliance of site activities in relation to alignment with design specifications, project timelines and safety regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance of up-to-date construction schedules.
• Organise and contribute to regular project meetings with The Client, project management team and sub-contractors.
• Provide site specific coordination with suppliers, equipment vendors, labour force and project consultants to support the on-time, on-budget performance of the project.
• Support engineering and design teams both locally and internationally through the provision of technical input, constructability and scheduling advice.
• Organise and maintain site specific documentation including project files, drawings, materials registers and correspondence.
• Ensure site compliance with the relevant regulatory frameworks including safety, environmental, industrial relations and HR.
• Support the Project Manager with other project related activities deemed necessary for the success of the project.
Relationship Management
• Build strong, effective and collaborative working relationships with internal peers.
• Coordinate communications with staff and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate full and positive participation as a member of the team at meetings
• Support other Project Coordinators in their roles
Other
• Undertake other duties and projects from time to time as requested by manager
• Occasional travel maybe required to support the business
Health & Safety
• Comply with all Intec Energy’s policies and procedures and responsibilities.
• Participate in Health and Safety meetings and relevant training as required.
• Take all practical steps to work safely at all times and encourage other staff members to work safely.
• Accurately report and record all incidents, near misses or hazards
The Employee is required to fulfil these responsibilities and any other duties required from time-to-time.
