The Role

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design improvements. Work closely with target audience groups to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment in the UX strategy. Present research findings to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in UX research or human-centered design. Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and data analysis. Hands-on experience with research tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, UserTesting, Lookback, etc. Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative & quantitative data effectively. This role will report directly to the Sr.
Director of Demand Generation and will work closely with other members of the Marketing team.
The Content Marketing Manager will work collaboratively to manage and support all search engine optimization and social media activities.
This role includes overseeing and supporting various Content Marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing rankings across major search networks with the ultimate goal of maximizing ROI. This role is perfect for someone who has entrepreneurial drive and Content Marketing experience!
