This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, developing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. The Sourcing Manager will also oversee procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Experience in supplier identification, analysis, and negotiation
- Strong market research and supplier evaluation skills
- Proficiency in developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams to ensure project alignment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
