Must have atleast 5 years O&M experience , Exposure of 6 sigma /PM tools will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Support to Site Management as per TKIL Guidelines

- Relationship Management with Customer & Relevant Authorities

- Site Mobilization,

- coordination with site team to ensure day to day requirement of site, Ensuring availability of resource

- Cost monitoring & Control

- Vendor identification, Bill follow-up and payment follow-up for contractors and client.

- Ensure project profitability, cost optimization etc.

- Statutory Compliance Management at site

- Support to Site team in achieving contractual KPIs

o Mandatory experience of driving RFPs, negotiations, BOM level costing, purchase order management, contracts negotiation, supplier management, project management, E-Sourcing (Oracle/SAP)

Job Description:

o Drive big RFPs with key suppliers and internal stakeholders o Collaborate with suppliers to optimize the total cost of ownership o Evaluate BOM, negotiate with key BOM suppliers and optimize it further o Drive localization for various E-BOM, P-BOM and M-BOM components o Introduce, develop, and continuously improve best-in-class sourcing techniques, strategies,
