Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and clean customer, industry, and product data into a master database.
- Maintain up-to-date records of ~2,500 customers across 25 industries and 100+ products.
- Standardize formats for customer contacts, industries, and product categories.
- Assign and update industry/product tags for targeted marketing activities.
- Coordinate with sales/business development teams to update customer information after calls, visits, and campaigns.
- Collect and input new leads from exhibitions, referrals, and campaigns.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on customer engagement, coverage gaps, and campaign performance.
- Provide filtered lists for targeted marketing and highlight cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage database tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM) and ensure data validation for accuracy.
- Support CRM migration and integration projects when implemented.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years’ experience in data management, CRM handling, or sales/marketing support.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Airtable) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
