Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
  • Offer personalized assistance, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
  • Escort customers to the respective sections based on their needs and preferences.
  • Answer inquiries about products, services, and showroom policies.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting showroom area.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

Preferred:
