- Escort customers to the respective sections based on their needs and preferences.
- Answer inquiries about products, services, and showroom policies.
- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom area.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy; escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
- Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
