This is a role within the Enterprise Data Team (EDT) focused on enabling colleagues to unlock the potential of data for M&G plc. and realise tangible value. Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of the Enterprise Data Communication Strategy/plan.
- Deliver against the EDT Communications Plan through leveraging M&G communication channels to deliver clear, consistent and tailored communications.
- Support production of content for various levels of stakeholders/key audience groups e.g. Executive Committee, All Colleagues, Data Role Holders, Data Communities.
- Act as a champion of data and identify areas of the business where additional support is required to assist them developing their skills.
- Define KPI’s to track and monitor progress/success of the communication strategy.
- Partner with internal communications, engagement and branding teams to ensure adherence to requirements and guidelines.
- Work with external teams to support with the creation of material related to and delivery of training, events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that the function delivers a quality service.
- Assess and refine communication approaches based on feedback and behavioural change, running pilots which can be scaled to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive campaigns which will support the adoption of Enterprise Data Technology/tools and processes.
- Produce the creative design required to support Enterprise Data Artefacts and processes e.g. wireframes, graphics, user interface designs, show and tells.

+ Deep understanding of F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM platforms
+ Understanding of linux -based operating systems and a working knowledge of web-based applications
+ Deep understanding of SSL certificate management and troubleshooting
