Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues have become increasingly important for all stakeholders. The Energy & ESG Managed Services Team is responsible for client data completeness, data integrity, validation, and reporting.
We seek a smart, and passionate individual to join our Energy & ESG Managed Services Team as a Data Integrity Analyst. The role has a strong focus on data collection, loading and verification. Preferably, the ideal candidate will be developing a numerical/analytical skillset and have good comprehension of utility data. Performing necessary validation checks and troubleshooting issues that inhibit data flow, is critical. This individual should be very detail orientated with a general desire to learn and grow.
Key Aspects Of The Role Include
- Support with ongoing maintenance of client, property, and utility account information.
- Manually load utility bill data, ensuring high accuracy.
- Download utility data from vendor websites.
- Load and verify data from multiple sources into our system; manage data flow and address issues.
- Use data processing tools and proprietary systems to validate data
- Review and investigate year-over-year variances and anomalous energy data.
- Validate/maintain utility rates and flag billing errors.
- Be readily available to provide cross-team support with client requests and energy data issues.
- Become an expert in the relevant products and functional areas.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Bachelor degree or 2 years experience in a similar role is required. We are open to candidates from various backgrounds provided you are good with numbers and are keenly interested in data management.
- You are well organized, able to prioritize and can adapt well to shifting priorities and schedules.

Job Purpose
Reporting to Supervisor, the role shall be primarily responsible to input the data into System with 100% accuracy as well as engage with local agents for timely submissions of cargo documents.
- Identify call with missing events updated in system and action accordingly.
- Identify incorrect event updates (illogical sequence of dates, missing dates, incorrect sequential nature of events) in system and action accordingly.
- Chase LPAs for correct and missing events.
- Maintain communication links and coordination with LPAs for any additional information and data.
- Ensure the cargo documents are collected and uploaded in system (especially the SOF).
- Supporting the AMPS & Ops Support manager in delivery of the Medium to long term goals.
- Normal working hours but if business demands then Shift working
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Data Audit, Optic Updates as per KPIs
- Ensure correct information in operational files is checked and updated.
- Team member to promptly address within designated KPIs the Service Requests from stakeholders (internal / external)
- Audit event data and ensure sanitary checks are in place to identify errors and mismatch in data.
- Resolve any issues arising from day to day operations, discuss your proposed solutions with Supervisor/Line Manager as required.
- Ensure all queries and requests handled that may arise from the Clients, Masters, Agents, and internal stakeholders.
- To promptly address within designated KPIs the Service Requests from stakeholders (internal / external)
- Deliver and Demonstrate (via reports) that internal KPIs of Validations and event audits are successfully carried out for Optic calls.
- Taking the decision to conduct a response to above yourself when the issue might be sensitive and require extra care.
- Open to work on adhoc requests as per business requirements.
- Share ideas and areas of concerns and findings of the tasks handled in team meetings for future actions plans.
- Ensure necessary steps are taken to chase and rectify missing/incorrect events in system.
- Smooth communication with local agent and Hub Operations for collections of cargo documents.
- Flexible to work in shifts and schedules in order to manage daily/weekly volumes.
