The Position

Roles and Responsibilities:

• IT Expert and Consultant for SAP S4 HANA - HR Mini Master Data Global Template team for designing, implementation and continuous improvement of Global Template
• Work closely with Business Product, Process and Content owners to plan and execute the Global Template solution improvements
• Support functional hands-on role including requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, system configuration and testing
• Distribute/Coordinate related tasks within other functional IT teams like Build, Test factories and ensure that they are executed in time and in the expected quality
• Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews for SAP HR Mini Master Data solution
• Coordinate for all SAP HR Mini Master Data related issues e.g. data migration; harmonization, IT integration and make sure global templates principles are enforced and followed

Must have:

• Professional Educational from a renowned University in the Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP HR Master Data
• Minimum 2 full implementation experience on SAP HR Master Data and Workday integration
• Very good functional understanding of SAP HR module and Workday
• Very good hands-on experience on SAP Customizing and SAP ABAP in terms of design, implementation and debugging
• Good hands-on experience on SAP Solution Manager and Focus Build cycles
• Good team player and should be able to coordinate with different Business and IT stakeholders
• Strong communication, consulting and presentation skills Analytical skills and the ability to work agile and result-oriented
• Strong team player with willingness to take ownership
• Ability to lead Business discussions and make decisions
• Ability to report and drive to fixes on solution defect and SAP product related defects

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern data architectures using Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
• Build scalable and efficient ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Lead the development of enterprise data models, data catalogs, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.
• Implement CI/CD for data pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Platform: Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL/SQL MI.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Scala).
• Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong DevOps mindset with experience in CI/CD, Terraform, and Git-based development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology , Data Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203, AZ-305).

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Data Controller to take ownership of the timely and complete receipt of critical financial data elements within our Controllers department. This is a crucial role that requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data flows within financial services. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and availability of data for all reporting purposes, leading a small team, and collaborating extensively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include identification of risks, design of effective controls, and oversight of production activities such as data sourcing, processing, analyzing, and reviewing the output while ensuring that the activities are conducted in a controlled environment.

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role within the financial services industry (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance).
• Ability to understand inherent risks within data
• Strong understanding of financial products, their underlying risks, and how to design a strong robust control environment around those risks
• Proven experience leading a small team and proven experience of owning processes front to back
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Job Expectations

Data Oversight & Delivery:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all data inflow into International Controllers by ensuring data is received accurately, completely, and on schedule for reporting deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust data reconciliation and validation processes to guarantee data integrity.
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with upstream data providers and source system owners.
• Monitor data quality metrics and report on data completeness and accuracy to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to data acquisition, processing, and quality within Controllers.
• Ensure operational documentation is maintained, and is best in class

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Data Controllers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
