Key responsibilities:

Salesforce Data Entry and Management:

  • Proactively connecting with Global Business Development (BD) team to ensure that Business Intelligence are being informed of all new pitch developments (new pitches into pipeline, changes in pitch status, reasons of closure for concluded pitches). The FTE should be immersed in the BD team, understanding their team organization, ways of working, and communication channels

  • Collaboration with Global Commercial team to ensure that all pitch information (including scope and financials) are being shared in the agreed templated formats

  • Entry of all multi-market opportunity groupings for pitches the Global Business Development team is involved in. This includes proactively liaising with the teams outlined above to ensure that all required pitch information is being shared. The FTE should escalate all blockers to Business Intelligence leads

  • Ensure that all local market opportunities are created for each relevant grouping, and that local Salesforce leads are aware of this and assume ownership of their respective opportunities. For each commercial submission, and at pitch closure, the FTE should support in checking that all financials and opportunity information is aligned

  • On an ongoing basis, the FTE must be running regular Salesforce-report based data checks to aide in the above tasks. Salesforce opportunity and report literacy will be fundamental to this

    Role Summary

    The Schedule Administrator will be responsible for ordering all movie, TV and alternate media required onboard for our airline customers entertainment systems. This will entail scheduling orders for media preparation and ensuring licensing orders and purchase orders are created and sent.

    What You’ll Be Doing 

    · Schedule content for each customer/product based on the airline’s approved titles, ensuring the right version, languages and assets are selected

    · Trigger internal and external work orders for all titles in the schedules

    · Manage changes to the schedule in response to exceptions/issues that occur after initial scheduling

    · Support in the provision of schedule data to ensure editorial translations and title metadata can be created

    · Creation and distribution of purchase orders for all licensed materials to distributors

    · Maintain and update schedule database frequently to ensure a live and accurate view of all on-board content is captured

    · Trigger localisation orders when appropriate to create subtitles depending on client procedure

    Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+years of experience working with UNCLE, Q, Dimension, SPSS syntax or similar data processing software. Experience working with data for large, multi-market complex projects
  • Experience in data processing – including weighting, stacking and sig testing, with good understanding of industry best practices
  • Should be able to perform extensive quality checks and data validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal project managers / client services team members to finalize materials (data processing spec forms); provide guidance on tool functionality and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data processing workflows and documentation.
  • Microsoft Excel skills required with VBA macro writing experience/knowledge a plus
  • Should be comfortable to work in night shifts – rotational, 24/7 operational support and working on weekends - Roaster
  • Client-focused with strong consulting, communication, and collaboration skills. Emotionally intelligent, adept at conflict resolution, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Demonstrates ownership, problem-solving ability, and effective multitasking and prioritization

    In this position, you contribute to the successful implementation of our software solutions for advertisers, media owners and media agencies. Our solutions help these companies in making decisions around their marketing communication budgets. Based upon research data combined with analytical and econometric approaches our solutions answer questions like "What budget is needed to generate an increase of 10% in brand preference? What media mix contributes the most to the revenue?"You will be working in (small) teams on the design, execution, implementation and operational management of projects. This involves analyzing data, setting up surveys, designing a good way to integrate data (survey data, modeling and industry knowledge) into our software tools and maintaining contact with clients – both internal and external. In your role, you will act as a liaison between various parts of our business: analytics, data processing and software development, and have a chance to be involved in the entire project from client request and solution design to tool delivery and training.

    Your Profile

  • Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science (preferred) with 3- 4 years of experience.
  • Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
  • Affinity with data, software and quantitative techniques. 
  • Analytical thinking combined with good social and communication skills.Experience using common scripting languages (, Python).
  • Experience working with relational databases ( SQL).
  • Experience in data integrations ( data pipelines ).
  • Preferred: experience with Jira, Git, Confluence, Google Suite.
  • Well-organized and able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in in English.
