**Key Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** (preferably in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field).
- Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of early childhood care and development.
- Strong organizational and observation skills.
