What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
Our goal is to make ‘VMware EUC’ enable IT effectiveness at scale, and speed and enable customers to successfully implement hybrid work. We are looking for a skilled C#.Net developer with 4-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong string debugging skills and experience working with distributed systems, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
As part of the EUC Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a healthy sense of urgency, continually improving engineering processes and architecture. You will be expected to solve complex problems, establish a high engineering-bar and value execution to drive highly impactful outcomes.

They’re on the lookout for a well-seasoned planner to join their Strategic and Policy Planning team in either an Associate or Associate Director capacity.
You’ll work under and be mentored by a brilliant Director, who is a recognized leader in the field, and lead an established, tight-knitted team that takes pride in quality and sound advice on many transformational, high-impact projects across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who loves strategic and policy-based planning, wants to lead meaningful city- and region-shaping projects, and is looking for a workplace that genuinely values collaboration, project leadership and long-term personal growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in project leadership roles across both the public and private sectors essentially in New South Wales or Queensland. Experience working in consulting environment is a plus.
Key Focus:
- Leading teams to provide advisory services around planning proposals, precinct/master plans, integrated land use and infrastructure planning, and strategic policy work
- Technical Leadership and Project Management – preparing high-quality reports and advice for clients and government stakeholders

These roles will lead the City of Melbourne’s strategic approach to infrastructure planning, funding and delivery within a globally competitive capital city environment. Proactively identifying, planning for, and delivering on the municipality’s longer term infrastructure needs. This includes leading and overseeing the establishment, management and delivery of development and infrastructure contribution plans.
Manager Strategic Planning (Infrastructure & Contributions) – up to $158,633 + 11.5% super
Reporting to the Director City Strategy, this is a key management role. You will be the figurehead for all aspects of infrastructure planning and funding across council, including being accountable for providing expert level advice to councils Executive and councillors as well as working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure a cohesive “One CoM” approach to Infrastructure Planning.
As one of our people leaders, you will guide and invest in our people and team culture. Ensuring the team has what they need to be their best and encouraging open, clear and constructive communication. You will effectively manage business operations including budgets and resourcing, and oversee management of projects from inception to completion, while cultivating a constructive high performing culture.
Principal Strategic Planner (Infrastructure & Contributions) – $18, 141 to 132,292 +super
A subject matter expert on DCP’s and ICP’s you will bring your prior experience and knowledge into a dynamic capital city context. You will take initiative, utilise innovative thinking, and collaborate to lead projects. Establishing contemporary approaches to funding mechanisms for urban renewal precincts and masterplans through to municipal wide infrastructure planning.
As well as leading specific projects your role will also be to collaborate across the organisation to establish robust policies and procedures for DCP/ICP Management within the council.
