What you’ll be doing in this role?
The Oral Health Therapist will join a multi-disciplinary team of dental professionals to provide oral health therapy services to the clients attending the metro dental services inclusive of: the Community Dental Program, Child Dental Benefit Scheme and Smile Squad.
You will work in a mix of a fixed location and LCHS outreach programs, which may be located at various community settings, including educational or care facilities. New graduate Oral Health Therapists are encouraged to apply, as a structured mentoring program will be provided to support the graduate’s individual needs.
Your work will include:
- Provide oral health therapy services within your scope of practice to eligible clients in both fixed and outreach locations.
- Assist with the development and delivery of oral health screening and education sessions tailored to specific population groups as required.
- Senior clinicians have opportunities to:
- Supervise Bachelor of Oral Health students in the Smile Squad placement clinics
- Mentor and supervise new graduate Oral Health Therapists/Educators

- Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Victorian Radiation Licence
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)

The NT Remote Locum Program (NTRLP) is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led workforce program dedicated to strengthening healthcare services in remote communities across the Northern Territory.
We are seeking experienced Dental Therapists/ Oral Health Therapists to provide treatment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote NT communities. This locum-based role offers short-term placements where you will work on-site in remote clinics, delivering culturally safe, high-quality care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

You'll fit easily into our practice if you have:

2. Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and execute tactics to increase sales and market share of our premium dental care products.
3. Account Management: Create customized account plans, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing and promotions to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery, coordinate promotional activities, and launch new products.

**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in dental products sales, preferably with pharmacy stores, A and A+ class outlets, and stand-alone stores.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships, driving business growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
