Role Overview: Lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical and MEP infrastructure design across a 500+ acre, >3GW data center park. Drive concept to commissioning phases from a technical standpoint, and serve as the principal technical and program manager, guiding both internal and consultant teams, and ensuring consistency with hyperscale data center best practices.

Key Responsibilities

    We are looking for bold, adventurous & creative Design and Marketing Project Manager Interns who can keep pace with emerging solutions and novel design trends that will shape the next decade.

    The ideal candidate has the requisite academic experience in product design principles and research methodology, but particularly has a portfolio with stand-out examples of product design projects. You will undertake a variety of design and research projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

    Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

    Our lab is designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

    AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee furniture and interior design projects from initial planning stages to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project life cycle to ensure coordination and timely execution.Develop and manage marketing advertising and promotional campaigns for furniture and interior design projects.Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to align project objectives with overall marketing strategy and company goals.Develop project schedules, budgets and track progress and expenses, adjusting plans as needed to achieve goalsEnsure all work complies with industry standards, best practices and guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.Manage relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables.Hold team members accountable for performance, goal setting and providing guidance, feedback and training as needed.Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

    Degree/diploma in Project Management or Industrial Design / Service Design / Product Design / Interior Design / Furniture design / Graphic design or related field. We will also need a link / PDF of a design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needs.

    SOFTWARES & APPLICATIONS

    Adobe Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign), 3D Modeling (Rhino, Solidworks, Alias, AutoCAD, 3DSMax, SketchUp), Sketching (Procreate, SketchbookPro, Photoshop), Rendering (VRay, Keyshot, Cinema4D) or any equivalent software.

    QUALITIES & CAPABILITIES

    Have an understanding of design along with Project Management fundamentals to get the work done.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage projects within budget and on time.Proficiency with project management software and toolsKnowledge of marketing, advertising and promotional strategies and concepts.Passion for furniture and interior design, with a willingness to stay up to date on industry trends.You have strong visualization skills: from quick concept sketching to complete presentation sketches, 3D CAD modeling to rendering.You have excellent storytelling and narrative skills especially around your craft as well as outstanding communication, presentation, and design team collaboration skill.BenefitsBENEFITS & PERKS
