**Job Overview:**
The Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) team is an integral part of the Global Marketing Team within the Industrial Automation & Electrification (IND) business unit (BU) and is responsible for managing TE's digital product data strategy across internal and third-party platforms.
The DCS Manager will be reporting to the head of Marketing of the IND BU with responsibility to work together with various functions and sub-verticals within the BU and central functional teams. The DCS Manager will lead a specialized team and oversee digital tools, data integrity, taxonomy, and customer enablement systems to ensure best-in-class digital customer experience for a large industrial product portfolio. The DCS Manager will play a transformational role in how industrial product content is digitized, standardized, and made discoverable globally enabling faster customer decisions and streamlined access to product information.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
Team Leadership:
o Manage a team of ~6 Digital Experience Specialists.
o Develop team capability and performance.
Digital Product Data Governance:
o Maintain and improve Product Data Completeness (PDC) and Product Quality Index (PQI).
o Manage M&A product integration from external systems of acquired companies to TE.com.
Digital Tools Implementation:
o Partner with external vendors to build and implement selector/configurator tools for ease of product selection.
o Establish a process to gather input from cross-functional teams on requirements and pricing.
o Maintain and update existing and new digital tools and provide training.
Channel & Third-Party Platform Collaboration:
o Identify and manage third-party platforms, software and Electrical Wholesale Suppliers (EWS) for third-party data integration and provisioning.
o Ensure accurate product data on distributor websites, EWS platforms, and other third-party platforms beyond ePlan in accordance with standards.
o Determine the best course of action to meet schedules and resolve challenges around delivery of product information to customers across different channels, third- party Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and 3D CAD libraries.
o Work with the TE channel enablement team to ensure TE products are consistently and accurately represented on distributor websites and across the digital ecosystem.
Technical Collateral:
o Oversee the creation and maintenance of datasheets for NPIs and legacy products on TE.com for sub-verticals in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Analytics & Optimization:
o Leverage Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc. to develop KPIs and optimize digital engagement across platforms.
Compliance & Standardization:
o Drive standardization and provide governance of digital information delivery in the business.
o Ensure adherence to GSPDC standards, TE.com readiness, and consistent data publication processes.
o Taxonomy validation in partnership with taxonomy team, product management, and engineering.
**Skills, Competencies and Education:**
Technical Skills:
- Prior experiencing creating digital strategy and roadmap.
- Demonstrated experience/ knowledge of digital self-serve tools, like product selectors, configurators, 3D interactive customer engagement platforms
- Experience with identifying and maintaining product facets, including but not limited to customer view models, drawings, product compatibility, product data sheets, etc.
- Experience in managing large product content transformation and migration projects, including M&A parts integration.
- Hands on experience working with 3rd party agencies on implementing device agnostic responsive design digital commerce solutions
- Knowledge of third-party design automation platforms (EPLAN, ZUKEN, etc.) and master data management tools used to gather product data as per global taxonomy standards like ETIM, UNSPSC, etc.
- Knowledge of EWS platforms such as FabDis, Idea Connector, etc.
- Experience with product data/ information management tools such as SAP Hybris, Windchill, etc.
- Exposure to product design / management & supply chain processes will be a plus.
- Knowledge of central part/ master data/ product lifecycle management tools.

Define API standards, versioning strategies, schema validation, and robust error handling mechanisms.
Drive data modeling and transformation strategies for consistent and efficient API consumption.
Optimize latency, throughput, and responsiveness of APIs through performance profiling and monitoring.
Implement caching, batching, and connection reuse strategies to improve response times and resource efficiency.
Set up comprehensive observability using tools like Datadog, Splunk, etc
Design and execute strategies for load testing, rate limiting, and failover to ensure service reliability during scale.
Explore and implement advanced integration patterns such as GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
Drive the adoption of best practices for secure authentication, access control (OAuth2, JWT), and encryption.
Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring sessions to raise team capability.
Evaluate emerging technologies and cloud-native solutions to enhance API ecosystem scalability and flexibility.
Work closely with mobile, frontend, security, and DevOps teams to align backend services with business and technical requirements.
Partner with product owners to translate requirements into technical specs and delivery plans.
Define governance models for API documentation, versioning, access management, and developer onboarding.
Collaborate with InfoSec and compliance teams to ensure APIs meet regulatory and enterprise security standards.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
15+ years of experience in backend development and system integration, including at least 5 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
Proven experience with building and scaling APIs for large-scale consumer or enterprise applications.
Expertise in designing secure, performant, and reusable APIs in cloud-native environments (preferably Azure).
Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles, asynchronous communication, and middleware architectures.
Strong programming skills in Node.js (with Express.js), Spring Boot, or Python.
Solid grasp of API security, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and access control models.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to balance long-term architectural vision with short-term delivery needs.
Cloud Platforms: Azure, GCP.
API Technologies: REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, gRPC, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman.

The Digital Experience Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and quality or our MyStateStreet platform. State Street’s product office is responsible for continuous product innovation and platform modernization and requires experienced leaders in product management to engage across the organization and ensure delivery against milestones towards target state.
The candidate will be a subject matter expert of MyStateStreet covering the Americas and will engage with internal and external clients to fully understand the market, competitive landscape, trends, and business needs. The candidate should possess accounting and custody data domain experience, excellent communication skills and an ability to provide clients with robust solutions within an existing technology framework. The role reports to the Digital Experience Product Management lead.
