- Counseling & Conversion: Provide accurate information about programs, course structures, and career outcomes to prospective students.
- Follow-Up: Maintain timely communication with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates.
- Admissions Coordination: Guide students through the complete admission process—right from inquiry to enrollment.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets aligned with company goals.
- CRM Management: Accurately update lead and student interaction data into internal CRM tools.
- Feedback & Reporting: Share market insights and student feedback with the team to improve service and offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student counseling, admissions, EdTech sales, or academic enrollment.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Good understanding of online education/distance learning landscape.
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Comfortable working from the Kharghar office with 6-day work weeks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
