**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues including broken links, redirect errors, crawl anomalies, and indexation problems
+ Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt directives, meta tags, and canonicalization rules
+ Audit and implement structured data (schema.org/JSON-LD) to enhance search visibility
+ Support site migrations, redesigns, and URL changes by managing redirect mapping and SEO QA
+ Collaborate with web engineering and content teams to troubleshoot site performance issues affecting search (e.g., Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile friendliness)
+ Partner with analytics and insights teams to track technical SEO KPIs, and surface opportunities for improvement

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Brief Job Overview**

Join our dynamic quick commerce marketing team as an Marketing Manager, where you'll lead topical events activations and seamlessly integrate our program into A.in sale events. This role is at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance - ensuring our program stays culturally relevant while capturing incremental traffic and sales during high-visibility moments.
The ideal candidate thrives on fast turnarounds, has strong experience in seasonal/event marketing, and understands how to leverage the A.in ecosystem (onsite assets, campaigns, merchandising, and cross-category opportunities) to maximize impact.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of topical campaigns (festivals, cultural moments, seasonal spikes) for Amazon Now.
2. Build and execute activation strategies during A.in sale events, ensuring Amazon Now has strong visibility and tailored offers.
3. Partner with category, product, creative, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns across on-site, in-app, and owned channels.
4. Create a campaign calendar that aligns topical moments with marketplace-level sale events.
5. Develop creative briefs that blend cultural relevance with Amazon Now value propositions.
6. Manage execution of storefront merchandising, banners, notifications, and traffic placements to maximize reach.
7. Track and report performance metrics: traffic share, CTR, conversions, sales lift during events.
8. Continuously improve by running post-event analyses to capture learnings and optimize future activations.
9. Build strong stakeholder relationships with A.in event, category, and marketing teams to secure prime visibility.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
