**What will you do?**

+ Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.

**Education**
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or related major required.
**Experience**
+ 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing automation programs (Eloqua preferred).
+ 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web content publishing platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
+ Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML and CSS.

Are you passionate about building high-performance digital experiences and driving revenue through experimentation? We're looking for a **Front-End Developer** to lead the development and optimization of our customer-facing platforms. This role is central to delivering a consistent, scalable conversion rate optimization program across marketing, ecommerce, sales, and customer success workflows.
**What You'll Do**
Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap, defining KPIs aligned with business goals and revenue growth across OpCos.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Digital CX Technology, and Enterprise Apps teams to identify and operationalize high-impact testing opportunities.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments across key customer touchpoints-such as websites, ecommerce flows, lead handling, and service enablement.
Manage and scale experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely) and analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric, Power BI) to support rapid iteration and continuous learning.
Develop and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js), ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
Configure and maintain tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights.
Coordinate with offshore and partner teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of test initiatives.
Foster a culture of experimentation by embedding data-driven decision-making into the digital customer experience lifecycle.
**Requirements**
5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on digital customer experience and experimentation.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Fabric).
Strong understanding of tracking configurations, tag management, and performance optimization.

**Brief Job Overview**
The position is a specialist position in our Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for the deployment and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including making real time adjustments to campaigns to optimize results, generate demand through digital campaigns, and execute SEO/SEM strategies to support these campaigns.

+ **Campaign Execution:** Execute integrative omni-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall campaign and business objectives, in coordination with Biologics marketing
+ **Demand Management:** Continuously assess the response and effectiveness of on-going campaigns and identify the need for additional nurturing
+ **Execution Monitoring:** Monitor and report on the execution of campaigns, assessing performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaigns are on track and achieving desired outcomes
+ **Real-Time Adaptation:** Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights; propose real-time adjustments to campaigns as needed to optimize results
+ **Collaboration:** Collaborate with technical marketing specialists for campaign automation, email nurture funnels, and refining target contact lists to improve campaign effectiveness in coordination with Biologics marketing

+ **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on analytical findings
**Who is USP Looking For?**
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, business, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience, with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign execution and campaign management.
+ Experience in Marketo, social media marketing on LinkedIn and Meta, and a firm grasp of SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of driving organic and paid traffic across the major search engines and generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads
+ Understanding of website structure, URL optimization, and site speed considerations and how they impact demand generation campaigns
+ Ability to stay current with industry trends, and best practices in campaign execution
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Proven track record of working across teams with minimal supervision
**Additional Desired Preferences**
+ Master's degree in marketing, information systems, business, or a related field
+ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM system and pharmaceutical domain is highly desirable
+ Demonstrated interest in identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
