The Account Manager - E-commerce plays a pivotal role in leading, executing, managing and optimizing our online sales channels specially marketplaces and quick commerce channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform(s), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Quick Commerce, Nykaa, Nykaa fashion etc
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.
- Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campaigns on Ad portals of marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Nykaa etc.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI), and take actions to optimize performance.
- Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team) to coordinate promotions, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
- Stay updated on e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tools, and evaluate new solutions to enhance our online presence and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc) and quick commerce (Blinkit, swiggy, zepto).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary delivery team of 60 – 80 members.
• Attract, groom, and retain high-performing talent; shape a strong culture of

• Partner with HR to define hiring plans, competency matrices, and L&D tracks for

5. Operational & Financial Ownership
• Own practice-level capacity planning, project allocation, utilisation
management and revenue forecasting.
• Enhance commercial models, drive margin improvements, and ensure financial
health across ecommerce engagements.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, process optimisation, and
best-practice adoption.
6. Innovation & Growth
• Collaborate with sales/business development teams to shape winning
proposals, pitches, and ecommerce solutions.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with platforms, technology providers,
and commerce enablers.
• Drive continuous improvement via new frameworks, tools, accelerators, and
integrated commerce playbooks.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in ecommerce delivery, digital
transformation, or commerce technology roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-market or multi-brand ecommerce programs in
a digital agency, media network, consulting firm, or ecommerce organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce
Commerce Cloud, etc.) and integrations (payment, logistics, analytics, CRM).
• Demonstrated expertise in delivery governance, Agile methodologies, sprint
planning, and cross-functional team management.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, digital media, content
operations, martech/adtech ecosystems, and consumer journeys.
• Tools Expertise: Amazon Pi / Perpetua, Helium 10, Hector.ai, Amazon DSP
Console, Flipkart FADS, Blinkit Ads Manager, Zepto Ads, Amazon Brand
Analytics, Google Sheets / BigQuery

**Education and Experience**

OR
