• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of clients
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging. Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives through the CRM system
• Lead product launches with creative campaigns across channels. Develop and execute marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates
• Work with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to develop engaging content for specific website pages. Understand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve on metrics and impacts
• Working on the positioning of the products, services and which will act as an umbrella to the sales & marketing to drive numbers. (Yes! You will have to do the home-work of the market and products)
• Closely working with the sales heads to deliver their requirements for capturing the
market and yet keep your department P&L (improving the ROI)
• As you will be working closely with the founder’s office, understanding the organization challenges and proactively coming up with ideas which can be resolved through marketing tactics.
• 6+ years as a leader of a large team, preferably in the fields of marketing and brand campaigns
