Collaboration & Strategy

- Maintain a repository of training content, FAQs, SOPs, and learning materials
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure that sales pitches are compliant, aligned with organizational values, and tailored to student needs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); a master’s degree or certifications in L&D / Sales Training is a plus
- 5–8 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the EdTech , Study Abroad , or Online Degree industry
