  • Conduct role-plays, mock counselling sessions, and workshops to reinforce best practices

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Analyze sales performance data to continuously enhance training effectiveness
  • Maintain a repository of training content, FAQs, SOPs, and learning materials

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure that sales pitches are compliant, aligned with organizational values, and tailored to student needs
  • Monitor and improve the quality of student counselling and communication


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); a master’s degree or certifications in L&D / Sales Training is a plus
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the EdTech , Study Abroad , or Online Degree industry
  • Strong foundation in adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques
  • Proven track record of training high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
