Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Create engaging multimedia elements, including animations, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Ensure all eLearning content adheres to SCORM/xAPI standards for smooth integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate learning objectives and storyboards into compelling and interactive learning modules.
- Work closely with multimedia teams to integrate video, audio, graphics, and other digital media into eLearning courses.

As an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer on our Technical Enablement team you will research, recommend, and produce a variety of complex, media rich, and highly interactive courses to up-level the knowledge and skills for our Go-to-Market teams, customers, and Partners. This key role will focus on leading and assisting the design, development and delivery of learning programs and enablement resources using a variety of formats including eLearning, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning methods.
