• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates
• Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
• Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Diagnose and solve End user IT tickets regarding hardware, Applications, software and network issues within SLA 

Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. 

Responsible for remote troubleshooting. 

Customizing desktop applications to meet user needs. 

Following up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. 

Resolving tickets, analysing customer reported information to identify problems and concerns. 

Install and configure Windows and MAC systems and peripherals and test network connections. 

Handle daily technical support activities on desktops & laptops, networking. 

Troubleshooting in printer and scanner. 

Good knowledge in MS office, Windows 

Install and regular updates on system applications and browsers. 

Manage Onsite IT Asset Inventory 

Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with co-workers and clients. 

Patch management for desktops, laptops 

Willing to work in a weekly 6 days working pattern. 

Perform daily health check, Standby and support for Meeting Room’s Audio & Video devices. 

Basic knowledge of Hardware networking
