What's expected of this role:
Your role is to work alongside the founders to turn high-priority ideas into quick experiments, track what happens, and share the learnings. One month you might work on a new outbound motion; the next, kick-start a partner channel or spin up an AI-driven onboarding flow that doubles conversions. Things will be chaotic: priorities shift, experiments fail, and that's part of the job. If turning ideas into revenue-generating GTM motions energises you, this is for you.
What you'll work on:
- Launch growth / funnel experiments
- translate rough hypotheses into rapid pilots, collect data, decide "scale or scrap."
- Build repeatable play books
- funnel tweaks, TOFU experiments, landing-page variants, sales scripts etc.
- DIY ad-hoc pushes
- a new pricing page, a Whatsapp onboarding bot, an AI pre-sales agent, broken-flow fixes, automations etc.
- Track
what's working (and what isn't) - google sheets, word docs and slack only
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 1 - 3 yrs in an early-stage, VC-backed tech startup

Besides being knowledgeable about a sport and experiment, you have to tell the stories and engage the students to read the books for the reading program, you need to be able to communicate and demonstrate it properly to kindergarten to primary school children.
- Their goal is to develop motor skills, and physical development and explore scientific problems and use music & stories to stimulate the mind by putting a child’s sense of wonder at the forefront.
- Improve existing curriculum and come up with new lesson plans
- In addition to students, they must be able to interact with parents, other teachers, and school administrators.
- Participate in teacher recruitment and training drives to select and mentor new teachers
- Help in lesson plan creation and improving the curriculum.
- Manage child attendance and progress reports.
- Secondary Responsibilities: Assist in the Business side - 30-40% of your time_
- Assist in marketing activities for different programs in local communities, social media, SEO, and offline events
