Job Summary:
The Field Associate is responsible for visiting designated outlets to collect invoices and supporting documents as per the requirements. The role also involves coordination with the Clients local SPOC for any challenges facing at the outlets end and for any upcoming activity.Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned outlets/outlet locations as per the given schedule to collect invoices and necessary documentation.
- Verify that all invoices collected are properly signed, stamped, and have the correct GST and complete company details.
- Coordinate with the Clients local SPOC for any upcoming activity and assist them as and when required
- Maintain an organised log of collected invoices and share it with the Key Account Manager and MIS Executive.
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues encountered during collection to the Key Account Manager immediately.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents during handling and transportation.
- Visit at least 7-8 outlets in a day.
- Maintain professional behaviour and represent the company positively while dealing with outlet staff.

Role Summary
We're seeking a proactive Field Associate to lead community operations across key transport hubs in Pune. You will drive outreach, conduct surveys, coordinate with partners, and execute end-to-end events that engage trucker communities and transport stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Field Operations: Manage day-to-day outreach in Transport Nagar, Nigdi, and nearby hubs; maintain a regular field visit calendar.
● Conduct pre-event mobilization, liaise with unions/associations, ensure logistics readiness.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct one-on-one visits and meetings with transport offices, fleet operators, brokers, and local associations; support partnerships and activations.
● Surveys & Data: Conduct structured surveys/interviews; ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
● Tele-Outreach: Make follow-up calls for mobilization, confirmations, and feedback.
● Events & Activations: Plan, organize, and execute awareness drives, meetings, and on-ground activations end-to-end (permissions, logistics, mobilization, facilitation).
● Documentation: Capture photos, short videos, and testimonials; maintain attendance sheets, consent forms, and activity reports.
● Reporting: Submit daily/weekly field reports with insights, outcomes, and learnings; flag risks and opportunities proactively.
● Compliance & Safety: Adhere to organizational safeguarding, safety, and data privacy norms during all field activities.
Qualifications & Experience
● Education: MSW preferred; graduates from any stream may apply.
