We’re looking for passionate Graduates who can bring new ideas, a different way of thinking and who can challenge the way we do things! Our Graduate Program contains rotational opportunities across our business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across a two (2) year program.

If you have recently completed or currently completing the last year of a bachelor’s degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you;

About You:

We’re looking for Graduates who:

  • Recently Completed, or in Final Year of Study
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Data Analytics

Program dates and Perks:

In 2026 our Agribusiness stream is offering places in Geraldton, Adelaide, Mildura, Ballarat, Gippsland, Dubbo or Wagga Wagga.

The 12 month program provides graduates an opportunity to move across multiple allied health programs within the organisation, to help you identify where you feel you fit as you continue your career! At Latrobe Community Health Service we’re committed to ensuring that our graduates receive the support and tools they need to become confident, reflective and effective interdisciplinary clinicians.

As part of the Graduate Program you will have access to:

  • Comprehensive onboarding
  • On site supervision with access to a senior clinician every day
  • Interprofessional CPD opportunities within your first year
  • Upwards of 12 hours of interprofessional education within your first year

As a Speech Pathologist in:

IPHS Metro  you will work closely with clients and their families to create both; personalised programs and group work. Paediatric and Youth Hub  you will work across the community going into kindergartens and Schools to work with educators and families, helping children get the most out of their early education, by focussing on communication and wellbeing.

Role/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to support our solution marketing strategy in APAC
- Help create prospect and employee-facing content needed to deliver marketing plans, including research articles, white papers, presentation decks and digital marketing campaigns
- Learn to work with multiple global teams, including central marketing, and local events teams to execute the marketing strategy and plan, ensuring it represents full solutions and ‘One Moody’s’
- Support the tracking of the Marketing, Public Relations and Events budget and resources needed to execute the strategy
- Report on campaign, quarterly and yearly results to demonstrate how the marketing team is contributing to regional MA objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in or studying marketing
- Interest in financial services or banking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Good people skills
- Independent and creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to existing products
- Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
- A strong academic record
