Experience in event planning and volunteer management is highly valued.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in community organizing, outreach, or program management, preferably within the non-profit sector. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in event planning and logistics management. Familiarity with volunteer management principles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the social landscape and community dynamics in Jaipur is advantageous.
