As the Head of Agile Delivery in Mercer PDE you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Agile teams' day-to-day delivery capabilities.   • Organizational Preparedness: Ensure that our organization is fully prepared to handle new demand by assessing and enhancing our capabilities, tools, and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement solutions that empower our teams to deliver high-quality results.

This is taught and maintained by coaching stances in training, teaching, mentoring, modeling, facilitating, etc., Providing helpful written documentation in context on Agile events, metrics and measures that matter, dashboards, insights, tools, and techniques is expected.     - Work with the teams to determine current state of culture, processes and systems and help design strategy for the adoption of agile values, principles, and practices.
