Key Responsibilities:- p>Proofread creative and marketing content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting using AP Stylebook and brand guidelines

Validate layouts including spacing, image alignment, pagination, and TOC placement

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to ensure content accuracy

Rephrase or restructure content where required while maintaining original intent

Ensure consistency in headers, footers, captions, and reference notations

Use industry-standard proofreading marks and tools

Operate within project management systems (like Workfront ) and online proofing platforms for timely review cycles
