We’re looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments—across Australia and globally.

What You’ll Do
- Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build and optimise automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
- Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
- Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Essential Criteria
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
- Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations) , Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query ).
- Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO .
- Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting .
- Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations .
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics ).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Data Engineer to support AI/ML initiatives through advanced data preparation and management. This role involves cleaning, rationalizing, normalizing, and integrating large healthcare datasets (claims, member, provider, clinical data) to ensure readiness for AI-driven analytics and automation. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, compliant data pipelines for predictive analytics, risk stratification, fraud detection, and other use cases.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating data solutions to support automated workflows, bots and AI Agents that span legacy platforms, such as:
- Claims processing systems

Responsibilities
- Perform data cleaning : identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values.
- Conduct data rationalization and normalization to align with healthcare data standards and structures (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED).
- Aggregate and consolidate datasets from multiple systems (EHRs, claims, third-party vendors).
- Execute data extraction workflows to generate AI-ready features.
- Conduct data quality assurance and validation checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to align data preparation with project goals.
- Implement automation and scripting for efficient data handling.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, transformations, and metadata.

Qualifications
