Infireex is looking for Healthcare recruiters wherein you’ll recruit across diverse verticals including Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Physician Recruitment, Local Contracts, and Full-Time (Direct Hire) Placements . From filling a Med-Surg RN contract, to sourcing a local speech therapist, or hiring a full-time hospitalist—you’ll manage the process end-to-end, ensuring every placement contributes to quality patient care.
Location: Indore (Onsite Role)
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Work Mode: Night Shift
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates across travel, local contract, allied health, physician, and direct hire roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and ATS/CRM platforms.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate licensure, clinical qualifications, and fit for role and location preferences.
- Manage the entire hiring cycle including submissions, client interviews, feedback, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with facility-specific credentialing, licensing, and state requirements.
- Accurately track all candidate communications and updates in Ceipal or similar ATS.
- Partner with Account Managers and Credentialing Teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact to successful placement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience (travel, local contract, or direct hire preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare roles (nurses, therapists, physicians, allied professionals).
- Familiarity with credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems (Ceipal preferred) and VMS platforms (Vivian, ShiftWise, Aya, Medefis, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication—professional, responsive, and candidate-focused.
- Ability to handle high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills.
