About This Role:
IAM is one of the key services of MUFG Group. The most important duty of an IAM Ops Engineer is to ensure that authorized users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management initiatives.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents working with Regional IAM Team
- Work under the guidance of regional IAM Managers to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
- Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures.
- Manage escalated inquiries and support other BUs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in defining and implementing Identity and access management strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.
- Experience with identity and access management tools, such as CyberArk, OIM, IGA, AD etc.
- Candidates having experience integrating with multiple. applications/connectors
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
- Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
- Experience with programming languages, such as PowerShell etc. and Linux Scripting
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 compliance will be a plus.
- Communication skills: As an IAM Engineer you will need to be able to converse complex technical matters with non-technical staff. You should also be able to effectively communicate with other IT team members.
- Interpersonal skills: You will need to be able to build relationships with other members of the organization, such as the security team, the IT team, and business users.
- Problem-solving skills: You will need to be able to identify and resolve complex issues.

+ Participate in the engineering, deployment and management of enterprise grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
+ Support policies, standards and processes providing a secure and mature IAM lifecycle environment.
+ Collaborate with security and business application teams integrating their systems into the IAM solution.
+ Develop and maintain IAM documentation for standards, processes, and implementation. project delivery and business objectives.
+ Provide evidence as required by Governance, Risk and Compliance teams in support of audit and certification requirements.

**Who you are**
+ BTECH Degree or similar.
+ 5+ years of experience as an Identity Engineer or similar role in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
+ **2+ years of experience with implementing and maintaining workflows in enterprise level SailPoint ISC identity access management platform** .
+ 2+ years of experience working with auditors to meet certification standards such as NIST, ISO 27001,
+ SOX, SOC2 and best practices for least privilege, role-based access controls, and privileged access management.
+ Working knowledges of Active Directory, Windows, and Unix authentication technologies.
+ Demonstrated experience with stakeholder and relationship management skills.
