The IDAM IGA Engineer is responsible for managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services from both a technology and operational perspective within the Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC). This role ensures the seamless functioning of mission-critical IDAM services that underpin all Zoetis information systems, focusing on maximum uptime, security, and operational efficiency. The engineer must possess deep technical proficiency in key areas while maintaining a broad understanding of related technologies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain, configure, and operate the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform and related integrations with a focus on hands-on implementation and technical engineering.
• Build, code, and customize functionalities such as Access Provisioning, Access Requests, Access Recertification, IT Onboarding and Offboarding, and automated data flows to/from authoritative sources, including the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
