Roles & Responsibilities:
The E & I Engineer will work with Technical Lead & customer E & I team for the execution of projects within Pipeline/ Industrial/ LNG segments for trains driven by Gas Turbines/ Steam Turbines/ Compressors. He/ she will collaborate with extended Engineering project team and all other customer business functions supporting the project.
An E & I Engineer will be responsible for the Electrical equipment and Instrumentation design for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Driven Compressor and Generator applications, Electric Motors, Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders. He/ She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for designs.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Order related representation of the Instrumentation & Control Engineering. Preparing Instrument datasheets, P&ID´s, Instrument List and wiring Diagrams. This role is responsible for maintaining the data model together with other project members and content provider, mainly System Engineering in COMOS PT.
* Design and specify Unit Control Systems and Low Voltage Wiring systems which compliment Rotating Machinery used in Industrial Applications - namely compression, power generation and Oil-Gas.
* Detailed SCADA/I&C design drawings including control panel layout, I/O termination, control panel power distribution, instrumentation installation, motor control schematics, hardwired backup control circuits, single line diagrams.
* Creation of export files as requested by digitalization specification in different formats, ,ISF, CFIHOS Standards.
* Innovate, creatively apply lessons learned, and implement efficient solutions for COMOS PT development, requirements management, that prevent non-conformances during Project Execution.
What You Bring
* Bachelor of Engineering Degree in field (Instrumentation/Controls/Electronics), Diploma (State-certified technical engineer) with proven experience shall also be considered.
* Minimum 1 years of experience in Rotating Equipment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other Process Industry applications, achieved through working on Industrial Applications Products in Controls and Instrumentation Engineering.
* Experience in Electrical Equipment and Services - Installation & Commissioning Engineering shall be considered.
* Application experience with objects oriented Engineering Software , COMOS PT.
* Know-how of standards: API 670 (Machinery Protection System), IEC 60079 (Explosive Atmosphere Standards), DIN EN 60617 (Graphic Symbol Standards).
* Good Analytical & Cross-cultural abilities.

- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies for new projects and modifications.
- Perform equipment sizing and specification for process units.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HAZOP, API).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during project execution and operations.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Oil & Gas process engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in project reviews and technical audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process design engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or UniSim.
- Strong understanding of process safety management (PSM) principles and risk assessment.
- Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specification, and line sizing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards relevant to Oil & Gas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
