From the seven-year-old nurturing a single succulent on her bedroom shelf, to the professional garden designer showcasing their latest creation at the client show, the client is passionate about the positive power of plants and the ability to make people, gardens and spaces of any size come to life!
This is where ground-breaking scientific discoveries are made, where connecting more people to the environmental, health and wellbeing benefits of gardening. This is where horticultural expertise comes to life. Sharing over 200 years of knowledge at their gardens, in the libraries and online.
Reporting into the Design Director, you'll work in a team of eight, based in London and offshore in India. Working alongside an Account Director, Design Director, Project Manager, 2 x Designers, Copywriter, Motion Graphics Designer and an Integrated Artworker.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Producing design/ideas to the client's brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion.
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
- Developing creative that is on-brand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience.
- Create inspiring and exciting content - from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation across both print and digital.
- Using your innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills - delivers ideas to be used across multi-platforms.
- Be an entrepreneurial designer helping deliver proactive creative ideas and output that builds brand and account.
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.
- Working within a team of 5 creatives in different global territories.
