**Leadership:**

In this role, you will provide overall direction and leadership for a team of category management and strategic sourcing professionals in Hyderabad. You will be a part of our Global Procurement, Third Party Management, & Shared Services (GPTPMS) organization, which provides procurement-related services to the greater Cigna Group organization. **Responsibilities**
+ Lead teams of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing professionals within assigned indirect procurement categories
+ Develop and manage teams that will produce category strategies that contemplate market conditions, leverage, business strategies, spend, strategic importance, geographic considerations, benchmarks etc.
+ Through business unit and partnerships, develop, and execute on sourcing opportunities driving cost savings, cost avoidance, risk reduction, enhanced business outcomes and improved service meeting current and future business and category needs
+ Review, revise, and / or draft Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work and Change Orders with suppliers for strategic deals, while managing similar activities across your team of CMSS professionals
+ Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate best in class suppliers through RF(x) market competitive events with the goal of optimizing supplier engagements
+ Be a go to trusted advisor for your team in terms of coaching and mentorship on sourcing best practices, negotiation techniques, contract terms, commercial negotiations, and other procurement activities
+ Ensure consistent communication and project management with stakeholders of assigned sourcing intakes throughout the organization
+ Develop a strong understanding and forecast of key cost drivers and market factors in assigned categories through continuous research and monitoring.
+ Support continuous improvement in all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process; liaise with the GPTPMS Center of excellence organization in the US to ensure alignment with process, best practices, and talent strategy

**Position Summary**
The Information Protection Sr. Advisor - Penetration Testing is responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, penetration tests, and red team campaigns of Cigna's IT infrastructure and applications. This role will work closely with the Information Protection Senior Manager to identify, evaluate, and remediate potential weaknesses in Cigna's systems using both manual and automated methods.
As a member of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team, this role will provide second and third level incident response services to the global Cigna enterprise to address Cyber Security threats to the enterprise. Daily activities will include analysis of logs, memory and disc artifacts and the use of a variety of commercial and open source security tools to respond to and triage threats in global enterprise. HIH - Infrastructure Engineering Advisor (ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer)

Position Overview
As a Performance Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of dedicated experience working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and possess a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities. Experience with Platform Analytics is highly desirable, and familiarity with UI Builder would be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer's day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Configuring and maintaining data collectors, jobs, and schedules to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective Performance Analytics solutions.
- Developing custom scripts and configurations within Performance Analytics to enhance functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Performance Analytics data and reporting.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all Performance Analytics solutions.
- Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly in Performance Analytics and related areas.
- Participating in the planning and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements related to Performance Analytics.
- Highly Desirable: Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Platform Analytics to gain insights into platform performance and usage.
- Bonus: Utilize ServiceNow UI Builder to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborating with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration of Performance Analytics solutions with other platform modules.
- Contributing to the development of best practices and standards for ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Performance Analytics.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics, including configuration and analysis.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow UI Builder and experience creating custom user interfaces.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Required Experience & Education:
- 11 -13 years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Performance Analytics data collectors, indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and other scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location & Hours of Work:
+ Full-time position, extended/ Split shift (1 PM - 10 PM IST / 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST) working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
+ Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.

**Job description summary**
As the Cyber Security- Lead Analyst, you will report to the Chief of Staff of CIP- Portfolio Operations & International Health and play a pivotal role in our leadership team. Your strategic leadership, management, and execution will be instrumental in the development and implementation of our strategy. You will ensure the proper operational controls, communications, governance operations, and engagement actions are in place to effectively develop and meet our strategic priorities.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Total experience 1 - 3 years
+ Leadership Operations: Collaborate with the leadership team on all aspects of the day-to-day operating activities to drive execution against the most critical initiatives and represent the value story to partners; serve as a proxy for the organization's leader as needed.
+ Strategy, Planning, and Execution: Works closely with cross-enterprise teams to ensure strategy development that will articulate the vision to achieve goals. Develop a multi-year roadmap with specific actions needed to achieve goals across all areas of our organization. Ensure that funding and resources are prioritized and commit to complete actions to resolve resource gaps. Monitor whether actions achieved intended goals and revise future strategy and plans.
+ Departmental/Functional Operations: Strategic planning and execution for our programs, including Steering Committees, regular team meetings, Town Halls, Extended Leadership meetings, and other needs.
+ Efficiency and simplification: Lead Analyst will work collaboratively with the team, looking for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures. Their contribution to developing, improving, and simplifying systems, processes, controls, and procedures will significantly enhance the organization's overall efficiency and ensure excellent client service.
+ Portfolio Communications: coordination with organization leaders on communications focused on building the perceived portfolio value, reputation, and visibility of our organization and its elements.
+ Domain- and BU-Specific Communications: Along with Departmental communications, lead the team responsible for sourcing and delivering strategic content related to Strategic and Operational priorities, using channels like newsletters, presentations, postcards, and more.
+ Agile Operations - Continue to drive agile maturity within the organization and optimize operating model while enabling a metrics-driven culture.
+ Communications & Engagement Operations-includes the function's operations, including Knowledge Management, annual meetings, reference materials, and coordination with corporate communications.
+ Executive/Leadership/Management Communications - Leader-specific communications for special applications like internal presentations, external speaking engagements, and publication opportunities.
+ Talent: Shared accountability along with other leaders and HR for optimizing aligned talent (working with the leadership team and matrix partners as appropriate):
+ Assess and ensure talent upgrade where and when necessary to ensure execution against our strategy; aggressively manage performance.
+ Ensure the creation and ongoing maintenance of a talent pipeline for critical roles
**Qualifications and Competencies**
+ A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
+ A seasoned, respected candidate with 5-8 years' experience in a similar role and specific experience managing multiple aspects of business operations.
+ Demonstrated results in thinking strategically, anticipating future consequences and trends, and incorporating them into a short-term and long-term organizational plan.
