Roles and responsibilities
• Understand investment compliance process, which requires checking investment restrictions against fund’s exposure.
• Ability to read fund prospectus, investment policy and investment policy statement and extract applicable investment restrictions from it.
• This role will require understanding the existing coded rules on BlackRock Aladdin platform, amending these rules to correct them and coding new rules with testing to make sure they give correct result.
• An eye for detail to understand different exposure calculations, to identify any miscalculation or deficiency in approach to ensure accurate and timely compliance report.
