**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create accurate 3D CAD models of rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, hiphop jewelry, cuban chains using Matrix software
- Collaborate with design and production teams to convert sketches or concepts into manufacturable designs
- Ensure that CAD files meet casting, stone setting, and production standards
- Modify existing designs and customize CADs based on client requirements
- Maintain a library of CAD files and design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with current jewelry trends and techniques
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Matrix Jewelry CAD Designer
Proficiency in Matrix or Rhino (Matrix preferred)
Strong understanding of jewelry construction and manufacturing processes
Detail-oriented with excellent visualization skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects
A portfolio of past CAD work is mandatory for consideration
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with Moissanite or Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry
- Familiarity with rendering software (KeyShot, V-Ray, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of custom gemstone sizes and placements
